退換貨 / 退款政策
· 依照消費者保護法規定，消費者享有到貨十天猶豫期之權益，但商品經拆封使用後，除商品本身瑕疵外，恕不接受退換貨。辦理退換貨/退款之商品必須是全新狀態且包裝完整。
· 任何退換貨/退款之要求都需於收到貨十個工作天內提出申請 (請注意: 我們不接受任何超時的申請)。
· 為保障您的權益，請妥善保留您的發票。
· 藍光、4K光碟只有專屬之光碟機可播放，購買前請注意購買產品光碟之種類。
Q: 若我收到的商品損壞/錯誤/或沒有收到，該怎麼辦呢？
A: 若您收到損壞/錯誤的商品，或是沒有收到您下訂的品項，請寄信至 sofacinema.service@gmail.com，並提供我們您的訂單編號與相關圖片，我們將依不同訂單提供不同的退換貨方式，運費及處理費將由我們負擔！
*商品寄送過程產生的外盒小刮痕，Sofa Cinema 並不提供退換貨/退款的服務。
*若消費者無法提供足夠的商品損毀資訊，Sofa Cinema 有權拒絕消費者提出的退換貨/退款要求。
*若消費者沒有在進行退貨前通知 Sofa Cinema，Sofa Cinema 有權拒絕消費者提出的任何要求。
*若商品因消費者之故被退回 Sofa Cinema，消費者須負擔全額費用，包含運費及處理費。
Returns Policy
· According to the Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to a 10-day hesitation after the goods are received. Regrettably, we cannot offer a return / exchange / refund once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or damaged.
· All return/exchange/refund requests must be made within 10 business days from the moment you receive the item. (Please note that we do not accept any late requests.)
· For the protection of your rights, please keep your invoice properly.
· Blu-ray and 4K discs will only play on specific players. Please pay more attention to the type of discs before purchasing.
Q: What do I do if the item I receive is damaged/wrong/missing?
A: If the item you receive is damaged, wrong, or missing, please provide us with your order number and some relevant pictures of the item and send it to sofacinema.service@gmail.com. Although the options we offer will vary case by case, we will cover the shipping and handling fee!
*Minor scratches that occur during shipping are not protected under Sofa Cinema's returns/refunds policy.
*If customers cannot provide us with a sufficient amount of information on the damaged item, Sofa Cinema can always refuse customers' requests for return/exchange/refund.
*If customers return the item without any prior notice, Sofa Cinema may refuse any further requests.
*If the item was returned to Sofa Cinema due to the fault of the person who was supposed to receive it, customers have to pay for all costs, including the shipping and handling fee.
